The usual turnaround time is 7-9 working days from the time we receive your case, until you receive it back from us. ProLab will process your order and notify you immediately if there are any questions. Occasionally, there might be a delay due to Customs, but this is very rare.
No minimum orders. Shipping charges will vary based upon quantities.
With a 6 unit or more order, you only pay to ship the cases to ProLab Solutions, Inc.
Orders with less than 6 units, you pay a nominal shipping charge back to your lab which will be added to your invoice. We cover the shipment to and from our China lab location.

All cases are examined by our QA staff at the end of every laboratory process with a final overall examination when the case is finished, prior to shipping.
