Most members of ProLab Solutions, Inc. have worked in the dental profession for many years. You can expect with our combined 60 plus years in the industry we will provide you with a high level of confidence in support and service.


Where do you purchase the products for use in your cases?

All products used in fabrication are from renowned manufactures in the USA and Europe providing you with a high level of confidence in the final restoration.


What is the usual turnaround time?

The usual turnaround time is 7-9 working days from the time we receive your case, until you receive it back from us. ProLab will process your order and notify you immediately if there are any questions. Occasionally, there might be a delay due to Customs, but this is very rare.


Is there a minimum order?

No minimum orders. Shipping charges will vary based upon quantities.


Who pays for shipping?

With a 6 unit or more order, you only pay to ship the cases to ProLab Solutions, Inc.

Orders with less than 6 units, you pay a nominal shipping charge back to your lab which will be added to your invoice. We cover the shipment to and from our China lab location.


Why do you have an office in the U.S. versus us sending our cases directly to China?

In surveying dental labs, they indicated that they wanted to have a U.S. contact to communicate with, versus having to email the China lab and deal with time zone differences.


How do you control your quality?

All cases are examined by our QA staff at the end of every laboratory process with a final overall examination when the case is finished, prior to shipping.


Are you recognized by the FDA and is your lab ISO Certified?

Yes, ProLab Solutions, Inc. is registered with the FDA. Also, our laboratory is FDA registered as well as an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 SGS Certified facility. In addition, our lab is Damas Certified.


Can I send test cases?

Yes! It is your choice to either send us a test case so you can evaluate our quality or an actual case to begin realizing the increased profits for your lab.


What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept credit card payment, company checks, bank checks and direct bank wire transfers.


What is your policy on confidentiality?

ProLab Solution’s policy on confidentiality is very strict in order to protect you and your dentist’s privacy. Your information will never be provided to a third party organization for any reason.
